Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the SIDBI Assistant Manager posts must meet specific educational and experience qualifications depending on the stream.
Grade A - General Stream
- Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or professional qualifications like CS, CMA, CFA, CA, MBA, PGDM.
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- If not holding CA/MBA/PGDM, minimum 2 years of experience in MSME or Corporate Credit is required.
Grade B Posts
- General: Graduation/Post Graduation with 60% marks and 5 years experience in RBI/SEBI/Banks/NBFCs.
- Legal: Bachelor’s in Law (LLB), enrolled with Bar Council, 5 years legal department experience.
- IT: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA with 60% marks and 5 years relevant experience.
